Gamma Phi Beta's Chapter Facility was the first house to be built on Sorority Circle at Iowa State in 1908. It was not until 1918 that the Omega Chapter was chartered at the University. In it's over 100 years, the "gingerbread" home has been renovated and remodeled, but remains to be a safe haven for young women fostering lifelong friendships and scholastic excellence.

318 Pearson Avenue has a living arrangements for 58 members. Women must fulfill four consecutive semesters of living in, this generally occurs during the second and third years of membership. Room sizes range from double sleepers to 5-women rooms. Sisters have the option of sleeping in the room or in separate quarters, known as cold-airs. The house is equipped with several social spaces, as well as designated quiet and study spaces. Sisters living in the house have access to a 24-hour salad bar as well as free laundry and printing. All members are welcome to 5 pm dinner, prepared Monday through Thursday. Whether gathering around the piano in the Formal Living Room or sharing beauty secrets in the third floor make-up room, sisters' fondest collegiate memories surround this home.
